Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our shop. To provide the best service to all of our customers, we ask that you review our appointment policy. Appointment Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a $25 No-Show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in online booking privileges being revoked. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other customers. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible. Deposits For larger jobs, custom installations, or appointments requiring special-order parts, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.
